REMEMBRANCE CLOCK

000000

In the US, a person dies from opioid overdose / fentanyl poisoning every five minutes. The Remembrance Clock started recording overdoses and fentanyl poisonings on January 1st, 2024, and will run continuously. The clock is an approximation based on past data. I designed the clock to create awareness of this silent epidemic and honor the victims of this crisis.

A Must-Have For Every Parent Amidst the Fentanyl Crisis

Pharmacist Andrew J. Zupicich Rph brings an indispensable resource to the fight against the opioid crisis. ON OUR OWN arms parents with the crucial knowledge to help keep their families safe. With heartfelt guidance drawn from the front lines of pharmacy and personal experience, Andrew delivers a potent blend of prevention strategies and parent-centric wisdom. Take a stand in the opioid battle – your family’s guardian manual awaits.

There has been a 1500% increase in synthetic opioid deaths among U.S. children ages 1 to 14 from 2015 to 2021. Of all the groups that are dying from these poisonings, kids 14 and under are dying at the fastest rate. Middle schoolers. This study was from 2021 – three years ago. Our leaders in Washington have known about this. They’ve had this information for the last 3 years and they’ve done nothing about it. The alternative is even worse; that our representatives in Washington DIDN’T know this was happening..

On Our Own: A Pharmacist's Quest for Awareness

Andrew J. Zupicich Rph (Zoop) is a husband, father, pharmacist, and a concerned citizen. As a healthcare professional, he’s been keeping an eye on the rising number of overdoses since the spike first started in the mid-90s. As a dad, he vowed to teach his kids how to stay safe.

But what about all the other kids out there? Who was teaching them?

It turns out, nobody was. Kids today are out there, alone, and uneducated about this deadly poison. ON OUR OWN FENTANYL: A PHARMACIST’S SURVIVAL GUIDE FOR PARENTS was born.

What is fentanyl? Why is it so deadly? How are kids getting it? Where was it coming from? What is our government doing to help? Are there any tools available to help parents teach their children how to stay safe? Why are dealers lacing their illicit drugs with this poison? What can parents do to keep their children safe?

Andrew J. Zupicich uses a down-home, common-sense approach to educate parents everywhere about the current fentanyl poisoning crisis. This survival guide is meant to be absorbed easily and quickly, while still providing in-depth knowledge on how to help keep your loved ones safe.

Andrew J. Zupicich Rph has been a registered pharmacist for over 30 years. He taught his 3 kids how to stay safe through the opioid overdose / fentanyl poisoning crisis and wants to help you do the same.

We are, indeed, ON OUR OWN. The government is not coming to the rescue. It is up to US to fight this battle. And the fight begins with knowledge. By the time you finish ON YOUR OWN, you’ll possess the knowledge to help your own children navigate these treacherous waters. In addition, you’ll have the tools to spread the message and continue the fight.

Until every last kid is safe.

    • The Korean War.

    • The Vietnam War.

    • The Gulf War.

    • The War in Iraq.

    • The War in Afghanistan.

    • 9/11

    • Every school shooting over the last 75 years.

If you were to add up the total number of US lives lost in all these devastating events – combined, it still wouldn’t match the number of overdose /fentanyl poisoning deaths that occurred in the United States…
